Finance Department is Shiesty and Incompetent I leased a car from Brickell Honda and the saleswoman was great but their finance department is shiesty and incompetent. Firstly - they pulled my c I leased a car from Brickell Honda and the saleswoman was great but their finance department is shiesty and incompetent. Firstly - they pulled my credit twice without consulting me. The first pull apparently yielded incorrect information (which didn't make sense) but I was offered a letter by Grethel in their finance department which I could show to my credit bureau regarding the false pull. After following up for a month and being told it was on the way, Grethel then avoided me altogether. I attempted to speak with the Finance Director, Michael, who also dodged my call. Then a 3rd person by the name of George got involved, and he too became unresponsive. Little did they know, I am actually in the process of buying a 2nd car and while I'm very happy with my Honda, I'll be going to purchase it from another dealership. More
