Predatory Sales I went there to lease a new car and return my older lease. I had leased two cars from them before and was happy with the deals I got back then, so f I went there to lease a new car and return my older lease. I had leased two cars from them before and was happy with the deals I got back then, so feeling confident, I went in a bit unprepared. I went in and asked for the same car and the same deal more or less. I was given a much more expansive deal and when I asked them to show me my previous contract they told me they don't have it. Going back and forth, I was lead to believe I'm getting the same deal more or less as before. Having no reason to suspect any misconduct I accepted the deal. Only later when I got home and looked up my older contract I realized I had put down triple the amount of down-payment with the same monthly payments as before. So now I am $2000 short. More so, I was signing the contract at the dealer two days after I had made my monthly payment on the older lease, when I asked about getting this payment refunded or pro-rated I was told by the dealer that this is something to be discussed with lender (Honda financial services). When I called the lender the next day they told me that the dealer had misinformed me and that is something that I was suppose to negotiate with the dealer. It is my own fault for not knowing better but I would expect a dealer I come back to over and over to treat me with dignity and fairness. Unfortunately they took advantage of my trust and gave me a bad deal. This is the last time I would do business with them. More
