Overall good. I brought my car in for general maintenance as I'm leasing my car from there.. they got my in without an appointment which was nice, but im disappointed they didn't add windshield washer fluid as I'm leasing my car from there.. they got my in without an appointment which was nice, but im disappointed they didn't add windshield washer fluid despite "topping off all fluids." It was empty and still is after the visit. They also didnt put the car through the car wash before returning the vehicle. I have been taking my cars to Honda dealerships for years, and this is the first dealership that hasn't done these small additional things. Hopefully everything else was done that they said was done on the receipt they gave me! More

A complete disappointment!I paid a lot of money for all A complete disappointment! I paid a lot of money for all the extras, including tire and wheel, but just when I needed it, was not available. Got a fl A complete disappointment! I paid a lot of money for all the extras, including tire and wheel, but just when I needed it, was not available. Got a flat tire, the road service thru Triple A was excellent, but next day at the dealership, I was told to come back on Monday, “when the tire insurance would be available”; I paid the 50 dollars for the repair out of pocket! We have another car, other brand, and when something similar occurred,they didn’t even discuss it, we got a new tire right there! The tire and wheel deal should be automatic; I mean, I paid the original amount for the insurance, you should just oblige it ! This experience contrasts with the one when I bought the car, when everything was nice and smooth, I guess the virus has got us all in shambles! More
