I got a safety recall notice on my Honda and I called the brickell Honda where I bought my car from. They scheduled me for an appointment and I went there right on time. The person who was in front told me they don’t have the parts and I have to go back but then I was able to speak to Mr Caballero the service manager who is a true caballero and he helped me out to get the service in time and replaced the recalled parts.
