They pestered me (emails, text messages, calls, voicemails) to make an appointment even though the car did not need it yet. The gentleman that took care of me, asked if the maintenance light turned voicemails) to make an appointment even though the car did not need it yet. The gentleman that took care of me, asked if the maintenance light turned on, which did not (only 4k miles). So, I had to give my car a REALLY early fluid change, which I am pretty sure did not include the oil, and had regular water for the windshield wipers. Now, my car will have plenty of miles with a service overdue, with probable damages to it (and I will have to take care of it, apparently) because of somebody not doing their job correctly at the appointment center. I had to pay for no assistance at all and even had to receive my car back in bad condition in which they had to restart the battery so I could leave. I’ve been visiting this dealer for over 12 years and bought here all my Honda cars. This time it was a review from a warranty job. The work was not done right the first time and this time the dealer gav bought here all my Honda cars. This time it was a review from a warranty job. The work was not done right the first time and this time the dealer gave me lots of excuses to avoid doing it and wanted to charge me for what was supposed to be the warranty repair done right the amount of $2,300. Don’t give excuses to avoid doing the job you didn’t do right the first time!! More
