This was my first time bringing my Honda to Brickell Honda and it was a great experience. I previously brought my car for service to a different dealer in Miami that provided underwhelming customer serv Honda and it was a great experience. My service advisor at Brickell Honda was great and very professional. Him and the service team quickly and successfully address all of my needs. They made it very easy to drop off and pick up my car during a busy work day providing me with Lyft rides to/from my job. Brickell Honda is officially my new Honda dealership going forward. More

The service advisor needs to go back to high school and learn proper customer service skills and attention retention..
