Iwould not advise anyone to come to Brickel. My car was delivered with no manual, and without the promised all weather mats and cargo cover. I have called multiple times and gotten multiple promises inclu delivered with no manual, and without the promised all weather mats and cargo cover. I have called multiple times and gotten multiple promises including from the salesmans manager,ad still no manual for this vehicle. Also after just 2 weeks I hadnto flat bed my new car back to another dealer for a new battery. I expect more from a certified vehicle. There was also debris down betweentbe sears. Pens and straws and hair ties. Please send me tge manual and the promised accessories. I have delayed sending this revieq in hopes that promises would be kept,we are comingnupnto a month later with no response. Please respond and help me. More
