Brickell Honda tried to defraud me by charging me more money than we agreed to when signing the documents. The finance person was rude and unprofessional, she sent the salesman to pressure me to sign the documents in the showroom. They kept telling me everything was correct, I requested to speak to the finance person, and all she did was give me attitude because she knew she was caught I asked to speak to the sales manager and he agreed the numbers were wrong and made the finance person change it. There was no explanation as to why such a big error was made and no apology from anybody. If they tried to do it to me they must do it to everybody. It seems that they have a culture of deception to defraud people at this dealership. More
