I just bought I used F-350 from Brickell mazda-honda, the service during the sales period was good, I felt dealing with friends and I loved the truck and the price, but the service from that day went downhil service during the sales period was good, I felt dealing with friends and I loved the truck and the price, but the service from that day went downhill, During the deal they said they will repair maintain some issues with the truck and I will get it in two days, it took over two weeks for me to see the truck again and Juan Cabrera ans Jordy didn’t even know where the truck was, and when they delivered, I was adviced to get it to the Gas Station because it had 0 fuel! They didn’t even filled up the winshield liquid or change the oil, and they charged me a preparation fee. After many years buying cars it is the first time I get this kind of treatment. More
