This was the best experience I’ve had at a dealership in a very long time. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, courteous, and thoroughly professional. As I approached the dealership on 8th Street, I didn’t realize there was a front entrance and turned down the side street where the service center is located. Not seeing any parking spots, I asked a mechanic where I should park for the showroom. He directed me to the front entrance and then walked in with me, found an available salesman, and told him that I was his friend and to take good care of me. This simple, kind gesture created an excellent first impression and I wish I’d asked the mechanic his name so that he can get the recognition he deserves. The salesman, Raphael Perez, was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout the process of finding and purchasing my car. The reason I visited Brickell Honda was that they appeared to be the only dealership in the truck-county area that had more than one Honda Civic EX sedan and offered colors other than white. Raphael drove me to another lot a few blocks away to see the available cars and we quickly found an EX in Aegean Blue Metallic, which was the exact color I wanted. After we agreed upon the price and I made an appointment to finalize the purchase, Raphael maintained communication with me, answering my questions and reconfirming our meeting time. On the day that I returned to finalize the purchase and pick up my car, everything went smoothly and even though I arrived early, Raphael met me right away and after taking care of my down payment and trade-in, showed me how to use the Honda Sensing features and how to set up my audio options. He then remained with me until the finance manager, Eddie Esquivel, was ready to go over the final paperwork with me. Eddie explained everything clearly and the process was quick and easy. From start to finish, the staff at Brickell Honda were warm, genuine, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I recommend them enthusiastically to anyone looking to buy a Honda, and I will definitely be back the next time I’m in the market for a vehicle. More

Wish the service department would have given me all the reports on my car wish the service manager would have forwarded call car reports on my car they fixed to the other Honda dealer whom had to tear down my motor and redo what was done by the service techs there. had the service tech m, manager would have asked me a question about the car I would have agreed to it then my car would have been fixed properly and not having to be re replied at another Honda dealership for four days. More

I purchased a 2013 Honda Accord on May 27, 2021. During the evaluation process I thought the front tires were in much better shape than they were. When I got home I noticed that they were not. I contacted my sales professional Rolando Silven and he arranged an appointment with his Mgr. to inspect this oversight. The manager took one look and made the necessary correction. Needless to say I was relieved and grateful for this resolution. It’s not easy to be aware of every issue when purchasing a used vehicle. Fortunately, Rolando and his mgr. and Brickell Motors agreed that the tires should be replaced to my relief. More
