They are disorganized and put little effort in customer service. My experience for an oil change included mix-ups with appointment booking on their end, unhappy workers who don’t even greet the customers service. My experience for an oil change included mix-ups with appointment booking on their end, unhappy workers who don’t even greet the customers (with the exception of Julian), to being directed to my serviced car which they illegally parked in their handicap spot after the service was completed to find the plastic cover for my seat still in place. I don’t plan on returning. More
