We had good experience and good customer service for the 10+ straight years we came to this dealership with our cars. But last time our car was in their shop, when I got the car back it was evident the whee 10+ straight years we came to this dealership with our cars. But last time our car was in their shop, when I got the car back it was evident the wheel bearings were damaged (dropped car?). Dealership refused to take responsibility. Disappointing because they made a bad decision by losing 2 long-time customers, and we really wish we could return. More
