Carlos Caballeros, service manager, is always accessible and helpful. Recently the splash shield under 2018 CRV become mangled in a flood and dragged loudly on the road. I called Carlos to confirm no dama and helpful. Recently the splash shield under 2018 CRV become mangled in a flood and dragged loudly on the road. I called Carlos to confirm no damage to the car if I drove in. Sam Vidal took over as soon I got there. Removed damaged part and replaced new one in about an hour while I waited. This dealership is my go-to-fix-it place and has been doing good efficient work for me and my various Hondas at a decent price for 30 years (when Carlo’s started as a service rep). More
