My experience has been very good with the appointment setters and the staff that processes service requests and payments. But the staff that retrieves cars when you are done have been rude and ignor setters and the staff that processes service requests and payments. But the staff that retrieves cars when you are done have been rude and ignored me for other customers even though I was undoubtedly waiting before the other customers. I waited at least 15 minutes for a staff member to even acknowledge me and take my papers both times I visited this center. If it only happened once I would not even bother to mention it, but it seems like a pattern. More
