The service center was fine, but the service after I received my car was less than ideal. After being charged twice for my service I left at least 5 messages and was never called back. I tried to set up my pick up service but the system would not let me because I was out of the service area, which was not true. I then called and was told the same thing until I was finally put through to a not let me because I was out of the service area, which was not true. I called my service rep to inquire about these issues but he was not available. He never even bothered to return my call! More

I wish I was living in Brickell forever, you would have a customer for life. Best staff and extremely affordable. They didn’t even charge me for fixing my tire and spent money on my Uber.
