Your dealer charges a fee to use a credit card. A big company like yours shouldn’t have charged such fee (3.5%) to customers. I have a completely blank pre-delivery inspection (PDI) form in my glove box along with rubber grommets that apparently were not installed as they should have been during the PDI.
