I arrived to get my car back from a service, and I found it parked at the corner of the street, right beneath a “NO PARKING” sign, where other cars had to do a tight turn to get into the street. I talked to the valet who kept saying “but I’ll bring it to you”. I said that I might get a ticket and he shrugged and said “then we’ll pay for it.” I left and he kept my receipt. I texted the service person I was dealing with to get a copy, and he never replied. When I complained earlier, he simply said “my car is also parked on the street.” More

The scheduled time was off, the length of time I was given was incorrect, the car was clean upon arrival and once my car was returned to me it was dusty and covered in tree sap. Not one person spoke En given was incorrect, the car was clean upon arrival and once my car was returned to me it was dusty and covered in tree sap. Not one person spoke English at check out. I will never return here for service, this is my second experience with this dealership and once again, they failed miserably. I’d rather drive out of my way 3 hours than deal with them again More
