Today I had the opportunity to visit Honda Brickell and the experience was not very pleasant, I entered through door 3 where Vladimir Díaz was and he didn't even send me to sit on the computer and he didn' the experience was not very pleasant, I entered through door 3 where Vladimir Díaz was and he didn't even send me to sit on the computer and he didn't even raise his head, after a while I had to sit down without permission and then everything flowed a little better, at the time of the car removal the staff forgets to reset the car display and they have to send it inside again to finish it. Ultimate bait and switch dealership! I called the dealership before I went there. I live 45 minutes from the dealership so I I didn’t want to waste my time if they could not sell me the I called the dealership before I went there. I live 45 minutes from the dealership so I I didn’t want to waste my time if they could not sell me the car that was advertised on the internet for a price that was within my price limits. When I called, I explained what I wanted and the receptionist connected me with a manager. He said that he could sell me the car out the door for the price I could afford. I drove to the dealership and was very pleased with the salesman who waited on me. He was very cordial and helpful. I liked the car and we went inside to do the paperwork. That was when the “bait and switch “ occurred. When he came with the paper for me to sign, the price “out the door” changed. It went up from the agreed upon price of $30000 to $32800, an increase of $2800. I asked him what had changed, he said that his manager said this was his best price. I asked to speak with the manager who confirmed the price. I asked him why I was told that $30000 was the price before I came to the dealership and then went up almost &3000 after I got there. He wanted to know the name of the supervisor who made the commitment to me. I told him I didn’t write it down, He said that if I didn’t have the name of the manager, he had no obligation to honor the commitment. I would not have driven 45 minutes to this dealership if I didn’t believe what was promised to me on the phone.would be honored. I am very disappointed with this dealership and do not recommend them to prospective buyers. I am a disabled veteran and expect better! There are other more reputable dealerships that have integrity. More

In the 10 years I’ve been a customer of Brickell Honda has it been this bad. My appointment was for Monday,Nov.11,2024 2:00pm. I was there close to 6pm to get an oil change and tire rotation. People cam has it been this bad. My appointment was for Monday,Nov.11,2024 2:00pm. I was there close to 6pm to get an oil change and tire rotation. People came and people left and i kept asking what was taking so long. The excuse was not enough technicians. By 4pm, i again asked what was taking so long. Turns out my car hadn’t even been started because the mechanics were complicated with actual repairs. Anyway, it was horrible waste of a day. More
