Miami stereotype, no one knows how to communicate which causes you to waste your time. I've been getting no ETAs for anything nor updates really, Fernando said he would call and hasn't. Before Fernando got involved I was asked with no prior heads up to bring the car in because they finally had the part that was needed and I dropped off my car there only to be called later and told actually, they can't do the work and need to reorder a part.
