Great service! Called to make an appointment which was easy to set up. Left my Maverick there for the day and was able to pick up before closing. Called to make an appointment which was easy to set up. Left my Maverick there for the day and was able to pick up before closing. More
Service work is acceptable. All service people are pleasant and courteous. Wait time for a scheduled appointment is unreasonable, and policy of pushing repair time to the end o All service people are pleasant and courteous. Wait time for a scheduled appointment is unreasonable, and policy of pushing repair time to the end of the day to take care of preferred customers is unacceptable. Pushing work to be completed after the weekend, cost additional money for a leased vehicle. Repair work that should have cost $500, surged to over $1,000. Pricing is not transparent, and overpriced. $200 to check error codes, is excessive, especially given the suggested and required repairs were completed at the dealership. Most dealers or repair shops do not charge for error code readouts. More
