Disappointed with the cost of a simple fix. needed the brake light enclosure replaced and they wanted $500 to replace it. The part was $67 on Amazon and you literally just unscrew 2 screws. I didn't mind paying the diagnostic fee. The wheel hub needed to be replaced. They wanted $600 to do that. That takes 2 more steps than replacing the brakes and the part was only $49. What I really didn't understand is how replacing the plastic brake light cover costs almost the same as the wheel hub to replace. I understand having to pay the technician and inflating the price on the parts a bit but it just seemed a bit away off the mark. I had really enjoyed going to them for all my cars but now I don't think we will go back. More

My 2023 F-150 was in for a recall break down which took seven days for a five hour repair. I had to make every call to get an update.
