We recently were looking to buy a smaller car. Ford had a special $500.00 off. We bought a 2012 Ford Focus thinking we got the $500.00 off. When we looked at the Bill of Sale later, we discovered that si a special $500.00 off. We bought a 2012 Ford Focus thinking we got the $500.00 off. If we would have known before the purchase went through that we weren't getting the discount we would not have bought the car at this time. I bought my first Expedition in 1997. Since I have owned, leased, and bought used. While this dealership didn't have the "lowest" absolute price, it was the best experience I and my family have EVER owned, leased, and bought used. I hate the process, and Mike promised to make it painless, and he did. There was a place for my wife and daughter to sit while the vehicle was detailed, and everyone was as accommodating as could be.
