Was looking for a 2012 Ford Flex Titanium Ecoboost. Only found 2 in the whole US that fit the options that I wanted. Contacted this dealer about one that they had. They had a Demo model with about 5000 mi found 2 in the whole US that fit the options that I wanted. Contacted this dealer about one that they had. Dealer was very difficult to work with, took days to respond to questions (Buying a car sight unseen there were many questions we had since we couldn't see or test drive car). Finaly gave a fair offer to the dealer based on research and what Kelly Blue Book stated car was worth, and this was the response I got from the general manager: Good Morning. I am the General Manager of this store and when I am asked what my very best number is for a vehicle by someone that lives 2500 miles away, the last thing I would do is give anything but my very best price. You asked how much it would cost to transport the vehicle to California, you asked how much taxes and tag fees would be and you asked if I could include extended warranty coverage to cover the 4000 miles or so that are on the vehicle. I gave you all the information you requested, they are my very best numbers, if they are not acceptable I understand, but please don’t make an insulting offer after you asked me for my best price. I thank you for your time and apologize for not sending this sooner; we have been very busy with the Black Friday event and yesterdays Sale. The salespeople were extremely friendly, professional, competent, knowledgeable and thorough. This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had in purchasing a car. The training that was provided to us to use all the features offered in the car was very thorough. Everything was gone over with a fine tooth comb and we came away having a basic understanding of how everything worked. Again, I have never experienced such thorough education of a vehicle and its features with any other dealerships in the past. In the past, I didn't use most of the features in the car I purchased because I never knew how to use them and the owner's manual was so confusing that it didn't help at all. Mike did an excellent job explaining and demonstrating how things worked. I will certainly recommend this dealership to others and I myself will return to purchase another vehicle in the future. More

I would just like to say what an unbelieveable experience i had at this dealership,i got the truck of my dreams at an unbeatable price.First the salesman Mike Ciarlone knowledge of the truck was outstanding, i had at this dealership,i got the truck of my dreams at an unbeatable price.First the salesman Mike Ciarlone knowledge of the truck was outstanding,knew everything on the truck how it worked and was able to explain all the features quickly and made everything easy for me to understand,from the NAV system to pairing my phone,everything was made easy i left there with no questions about anything!Second Ed Kovatch you couldnt ask for a more personable friendly manager, made sure that the truck was affortable and i was happy with the price and payments. He went over all the options i had as far as what banks payments u name it and never at anytime did i feel any pressure from anybody!! There's just not enough words or time to say how happy i am with the whole experience i had at this dealership!! I now have the truck of my dreams and it was made possible by these two gentlemen!! Called to schedule appt. for Ford Recall. Told the service person who answered the phone what we were coming in for....recalled torque converter. He gave us an appt. We dropped off the car at the de service person who answered the phone what we were coming in for....recalled torque converter. He gave us an appt. We dropped off the car at the designated date. Service called us several hours later and asked us if we ever had any work done on transmission. "No" was our answer." Then Kevin said "we don't have the part....it has to be ordered via the vin number. So after taking a day off work and my husband losing time in the morning....and me with no car.....we have to take it back....again! Why couldn't the man who scheduled the appt. ask for the vin # so that the part would be there? Kevin's answer to this question was "I don't know why he did that". Really?!! This isn't the first time we have dealt with the indifference of this service dept. They have no common sense and they don't care how they inconvenience people. I have left a voice message to the service manager and of this writing, she has not returned my call. Kevin didn't even apologize. They just don't care. More
