Easiest car buying experience ever !! We knew what we were looking for and Hoskins had it. We drove almost an hour to get to their dealership and when we met Mike, we told him what we wanted and how much were looking for and Hoskins had it. This dealership was a 3 hour ride from my house but they had a preowned truck I was interested in. What to say, I entered in a request at Ford to have have someone contact me regarding my trade in on a possible new Ford Fusion. Mike Ciarlone contacted me immediatly and i visited Brian Hoskins the follow someone contact me regarding my trade in on a possible new Ford Fusion. Mike Ciarlone contacted me immediatly and i visited Brian Hoskins the following day. I met with Mike in person and it happened to be his day off, he took the time to go through all the possible options available to me regarding the type of car as well as finance options. At the end of the day I wanted a blend of two cars options as well as a color that was not available (on the lot) with those options . Mike stated that would not be a problem and that he would find the car at another dealer. Mike contacted me the following day that they had found the car and would be picking it up the next monring and the car would be available around 4pm. I rolled onto the lot at 3:55pm just as my new Fusion was being backed into the space for my arrival. Paperwork was all prepared, took approx 15mins. Mike then went over the car with me for about an hour to make sure that I was comfortable with all the options. I almost forgot to mention that all of the above was done within my price point set on day one. Bottom line was this was the most hassle free, enjoyable car buying experiance I've ever had. One of the best new car buying experiences I have ever had. This was my 16th Ford and I will definitely make the 2 hour trip to buy from these folks again.
