He had prepared a few truck and financing options for me, so no time was wasted. He was forthright with rebates, incentives and dealer pricing, so I knew what it might cost me to get what I wanted. At first, I wanted to custom build a truck, but it turns out that a great truck already was on the lot. I test drove that day and told Mike that I wasn't ready to make a decision. Here's where the experience is set apart... no "let me go back into the room" or "what can I do to make you buy this today" spiel! He thanked me for coming in and told me that I could contact him any time if I wanted to take it further. THAT is what I appreciated most! Over the next few days, he followed up via email and we negotiated a deal that worked for both of us. A week after my first test drive, I made an appointment and bought the truck. They even sent someone to pick me up at my house! The buying process was just as smooth and quick as my first visit. Mike had prepared almost everything ahead of time (even the car detailing!) and he respected my decisions to not add on any of the "extras." He walked me through the car's features in detail and I drove off 2 hours after arriving a happy new car owner. Thanks Mike! More

To summarize my experience, I was referred to Brian Hoskins from a relative who had a great experience with their first car purchase. From the moment we spoke via phone, Mike was very attentive and professional. The first car I picked out was a 2011 Toyota Corolla, and after submitting my application through different banks over the course of 2 hours I finally got an approval! I was so excited that I didn't even want to test drive the vehicle, against Mike's suggestion. To make a long story short the vehicle was a stick shift, which is like a foreign language to me. Not only did Mike take the time out to ATTEMPT to teach me how to drive stick, once we both realized that would be an epic fail he did something that any other dealership would not have done; he found me another car (automatic of course). Thank you Mike and Scot for your patience and understanding, as well as your professionalism. The car I ended up with is a Chevy Sonic and I am very pleased with my purchase. I will definitely refer others to Brian Hoskins, and Mike I am forever indebted to you :) More
