Extremely Happy and Proud I am writing this review to not only let everybody know what a fantastic job Ed K and Mike C did in making not so good news turn into the best news ev I am writing this review to not only let everybody know what a fantastic job Ed K and Mike C did in making not so good news turn into the best news ever but to express how appreciative I am to have Brian Hoskins Ford on my side when it comes to getting a new car. I absolutely was so impressed that Ed K went and talked to Ford Motor Credit for many hours to get me approved in a new car but the best is when I can call my sales rep while he is on a hunting vacation on his cell phone in the middle of nowhere and he answers me with a quick response that everything will be fine and it really was. Not only has this really made me happy but I truly feel blessed to have such a good group of gentlemen to assist in making it that much better. Way to go Brian Hoskins Team - (Ed, Mike, Joe & Scott). Courtsey Delivery I, just, got back from picking up my employer assigned lease car. George Lichowid delivered the vehicle at 0800 today. I called that morning, Mike told me to call before I got there so he could have the car read I knew what I wanted , Mike Ciarlone was my sales rep . I picked out the duration I wanted ,we shook hands and he finished the sale . smoothest transaction I have ever made dealing with a car salesman .
