Awesome as usual Have had my 2008 Escape serviced at Brian Hoskins since I purchased it new there. I have never had a bad service experience with them. I usually deal with Abby Tague, and have been helped by Kevin Trost on several occasions also. Both are very customer oriented, pleasant, courteous, and make sure that I am kept up to date on progress of repairs during my appointments. On the event of catastrophic mechanical failures (brake caliper seizure, transmission band breakage, and spontaneous window opening caused by the mechanism holding the window up failing) I have shown up unannounced and Abby has always been very gracious about getting my car in and at least diagnosing the problem in the same day with repairs completed by the next day in most cases, Great service, great people, very much appreciated! More

Easy pick up of a new fleet vehicle. after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be availa after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be available for pick-up in 5 business days. 24 hours later he called again and informed me it would be ready in 2 business days, which was a nice surprize. When i arrived at the dealership the car was all cleaned and ready for pick-up as promised at 9AM. . After 5 minutes of paperwork, George reviewed all the electronics of the new car. Nice, quick and smooth deal at the advertised price. I had been dealing with another Ford dealer closer to home for a week. They didn't have a truck I liked, but I found one at Hoskins with an advertise I had been dealing with another Ford dealer closer to home for a week. They didn't have a truck I liked, but I found one at Hoskins with an advertised price at over $10,000 off MSRP on their website, so I asked my salesman if he could get it at that price. He wanted $4,400 more. I was leaving on vacation the next day, called Hoskins and spoke to Robert Coleman at about 4 pm. He honored the deal, and had a bed liner and trifold top installed, so I was able to pick it up by 6 pm the next day, even though the accessories didn't arrive till 3. Love the truck and had a great experience with Robert. Scott in financing was also a pleasure to deal with. He kept the atmosphere light and got everything done seamlessly. More

As indicated...some dealers will just throw you the keys to the fleet vehicle that was only drop shipped to them. George was great with his communication....especially with all the computer / tech advances not available in my prior vehicle. It would have taken me forever to figure out voice commands, Bluetooth transfer of phone contacts, keyless entry, etc. The entire process was very fast. More

The whole process took less than an hour, which turned out to be 30 minutes faster than it took me to transfer my satellite radio! More
