Misfiring F150 repair I thought my transmission was slipping because I could not go uphill with any power and the transmission light would appear once it started bucking. I thought my transmission was slipping because I could not go uphill with any power and the transmission light would appear once it started bucking. The repair was for 2 misfiring spark plugs. The fix was quick and resulting bill was slightly under estimate. Good communication and good service. More

Awesome as usual Have had my 2008 Escape serviced at Brian Hoskins since I purchased it new there. I have never had a bad service experience with them. I usually deal with Abby Tague, and have been helped by Kevin Trost on several occasions also. Both are very customer oriented, pleasant, courteous, and make sure that I am kept up to date on progress of repairs during my appointments. On the event of catastrophic mechanical failures (brake caliper seizure, transmission band breakage, and spontaneous window opening caused by the mechanism holding the window up failing) I have shown up unannounced and Abby has always been very gracious about getting my car in and at least diagnosing the problem in the same day with repairs completed by the next day in most cases, Great service, great people, very much appreciated! More

Easy pick up of a new fleet vehicle. after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be availa after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be available for pick-up in 5 business days. 24 hours later he called again and informed me it would be ready in 2 business days, which was a nice surprize. When i arrived at the dealership the car was all cleaned and ready for pick-up as promised at 9AM. . After 5 minutes of paperwork, George reviewed all the electronics of the new car. The entire experience went very smoothly. More
