The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix. Overall, I am more than happy with my experience with Brian Hoskins Ford and will definitely consider them for future purchases. More

Always fair and helpful Was recently in an accident. My Ford Edge was totaled. Not a Ford, but newer model, lower mileage, lower monthly payment. Love these guys! Also, advice to others: GET THE GAP COVERAGE. And if the car comes with 911-sync assist, that's a huge plus! Less than 7 minutes from the time of the accident to police on-scene, thanks to the prompt call placed by...my car. Helpful, professional service from start to finish. More
