i had a lot of work performed including new tires balanced and mounted, my only complaint (against FORD, not the dealership) was that the lug nuts started to separate (nickel exterior from core) and balanced and mounted, my only complaint (against FORD, not the dealership) was that the lug nuts started to separate (nickel exterior from core) and became "fat", actually unable to remove them...ford should have recalled them or at least replaced them for no charge.
