Lease of 2016 Porsche Cayenne S This 2nd Porsche that we have purchased in past 2 years. Jeffrey was wonderful and worked with me so that I got this best "deal" possible. I had a leased BMW 750Li and I was able to paid off the remaining balance and lease a another vehicle at a significant savings. I will return for another Porsche when this current lease expires. More

Scam artist I never write reviews but this place has me so disgusted. First I traded my car for a used 2012 suv and two days later the check engine light came on I never write reviews but this place has me so disgusted. First I traded my car for a used 2012 suv and two days later the check engine light came on that was clearly reset before we purchased the car. Secondly 7 days later while washing our car we noticed that not one but two windows had been changed out and the right side of the car had been painted as if it had been in an accident which we we given a car fax that showed no accidents however an inexperienced used car manager could have felt the tape marks so NO will convince me that they did not know this car had been in an accident. After speaking to the bank and to also Infiniti of Baton Rouge (who bought my car from them, who I would highly recommend dealing with instead of purchasing a car from Porche) said they would reverse the sale. We were told NO by Porche that we could trade our car in for our old car if we wanted to get out of the car we just bought from them only 7 days ago. Needless to say this place is far from professional and now we got an lawyer for something that could have been dealt with so easily. We were told that it was our word against there's when we told the GM that we were told ALL of there used cars were tested with a paint meter to see if paint work was done. Good luck to anyone that uses this dealership I suggest driving down the road there are several other dealerships you could purchase from. If you are wanting a Porche. I suggest taking a drive to the nearest one from this place to save yourself a headache. More

Not expecting to be sent a letter stating that the terms of my agreement has been changed instead of 72 months my financing was changed to 60 months increasing my monthly payment over $120 more.. when I called to work out the situation I was met with a dry uninterested attitude ..terrible experience I wouldn't buy a wagon from this dealership super disappointed. .. We had a horrible experience with this dealership. The sales manager, Vito, only at the Audi dealership, was incredibly rude, arrogant, and actually insulting to us. We were not given accurate information on a vehicle we were very interested in, and the entire "attitude" was they were doing us a "BIG FAVOR" to "LET US" have one of their cars. It was awful and completely unnecessary no matter how nice the cars are. We went ready to sign the dotted line, have A+ credit and loved the vehicle, but were treated so rudely we couldn't get our vehicle from there. I have never felt treated like this in any other vehicle we have purchased and we own 6 vehicles at this time. Unbelievable! Unless this changes RADICALLY I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. I normally do not write reviews but am doing this to save someone else a terrible experience. Buyer Beware. More

Went talk trade in, 2009 Audi A4 2.0T Quatro for a new 2012 A5 Audi 2.0T they wanted 0ver 54,000 and offered a trade on my vehicle for 19,000. So if I would have purchased a 90,000 A8L or A8 what will th 2012 A5 Audi 2.0T they wanted 0ver 54,000 and offered a trade on my vehicle for 19,000. So if I would have purchased a 90,000 A8L or A8 what will that be worth in 2 yes and 8 months as this the age of my vehicle. My A4 is in great condition has never missed servicing and they serviced it from the very beginning. I would have loved to go home with a new vehicle, but if they aren't worth anymore than that why isn't the government checking into their rip off schemes. So buyer beware you are buying a vehicle which is way over priced and not worth what they are being sold for, I have never in my life felt like I did when I walked out of there dealership. More
