Purchased used 2020 JEEP Grand Cherokee july 2024. Horrible experience from the day i showed up for vehicle. Was told both batteries had been replaced car was detailed a damaged wheel well moulding wa Horrible experience from the day i showed up for vehicle. I arrived at dealership and repairs where not complete and car was not detailed and the second key was also not available but they would pay for one. I was unhappy and was actually walking out the door when the manager, salesman and finance guy all promised they would have car ready in 2 hours. Shame on me i stayed and purchased the vehicle. Fast forward a month later and still no key fob. Finslly after numerous calls to Patti. I was promised again that a key fob was reserved at a jeep dealership near my home and Brewster Subaru would pay for fob and programming as previously agreed. Upon taking my jeep to local dealer i was informed that battery B was never replaced and was extremely low. Another lie from Brewster Subaru. Have never had such a poor experience from a dealership. Oh and they fired the salesman within days of my purchase. Most likely because he voiced his concerns that the car wasnt ready when i arrived. . More

I bought a Forester in 11/23. Not only did I LOVE that car but my God and my Subaru saved my life. After coming off of three years of events (getting hit by a car; having a pati Not only did I LOVE that car but my God and my Subaru saved my life. After coming off of three years of events (getting hit by a car; having a patient fracture my hip) I am injured again. The business manager Charles and Kristen knew my circumstances and bent over backwards to help me get into another vehicle. I have to have a few more surgeries again and I can assure you I will be back again for loaded Asent. They didn’t make me feel less than and made a horrible situation workable. My previous experience in November of 2023 was as equally amazing coming off the pandemic being a bedside RN in the ICU. All around wonderful experiences!!! My neighbor who brought me to the dealership to pick up my Crosstrek; the first thing I did was get a card from Kristen to give to her. She saw my totaled Subaru and couldn’t believe I was alive. They are buying a Subaru!! More
