I haven’t bought a car for 15 years, so the technology is completely different and intimidating! It’s now like driving a computer! My sales person was Mitch Pollack and he was very patient in explaining the completely different and intimidating! It’s now like driving a computer! There was an initial hiccup when I came to pick up the car, but Mitch made sure it was immediately addressed to my satisfaction. He was wonderful to work with! More

He was just as excited for us to love the car as he loves it, so it definitely shows. Patrick was also helpful in finding Andre for us to work with. Showroom is new and absolutely beautiful. Service area is also very convenient. I've driven my car for a week now and just love the way it rides and feels. So happy with my purchase. I had Hondas all along but now I'm a Subaru fan! Yay!!! What a fantastic experience at this dealership. As a woman, I can’t tell you how many times I dealt with misogyny when buying a car. But Brewster Subaru just blew me away with their professionalism, respect, courtesy and just overall friendliness. I get that salesman are in the business to be “friendly” but the folks at Brewster Subaru appear to be absolutely genuine. They have a great product and really don’t need to engage in a hard sell. They just want to get a great car out there at a fair price. Can’t recommend this dealership enough. Patrick, Rich and Mitch all went above and beyond to help us find the right car at a great deal. If I had one criticism it would be with the owners/designers of the showroom. It’s new, big and beautiful but lacks the warmth that their staff emanates. Hoping they allow some personal touches. But it’s a great dealer selling a fabulous car. I’m having a blast driving it. More
