Roy took his time and showed me the ins and outs of the newly delivered car before I signed any paperwork and really helped me feel comfortable before finalizing my purchase. Jenn in finance was great to work with. She showed me all the additional services I could get with my new car and was not pushy. She worked with me so I could take advantage of their extended warranty and I wouldn't have to break the bank on my monthly payments. Overall a very pleasant experience.
