Fantastic Car Buying Experience I recently leased a new 2017 Subaru Legacy. As a first time car leaser and as a recent widow, I was hesitant and very stressed. Robyn Rey was recomm I recently leased a new 2017 Subaru Legacy. As a first time car leaser and as a recent widow, I was hesitant and very stressed. Robyn Rey was recommended as the person to see and I quickly saw why. She guided me through the process and there was no hard sell. Robyn gave me the facts and answered any and all questions when I called, or came in. She zeroed in on what I needed and I appreciated her care and attention. Guided through the financing process by Rich Johnson I was equally impressed. He was attentive to the details and took time to explain everything with care. Together they make a great team! This was an awesome car buying experience. I would recommend family and friends to this dealership and especially Robyn and Rich. I LOVE my new Subaru! More

Professional, Courteous Service I was interested in leasing a vehicle and I had specific needs - a reliable car with all wheel drive and a reasonable price. Mitch suggested two mode I was interested in leasing a vehicle and I had specific needs - a reliable car with all wheel drive and a reasonable price. Mitch suggested two models and he described the differences between the two. The Forester was exactly what I was looking for. Mitch was very professional and friendly. Although it wasn't necessary, he offered to and did pick me up from another dealer where I was dropping off my old leased vehicle. I was very pleased with Mitch's assistance through the leasing process and the overall experience. I'm a weekender, and the I really appreciated the fact that Brewster Subaru is open on certain Sundays. I don't think Mitch was scheduled to work on the Sunday I picked up my car, but he came in to accommodate my schedule. The Subaru dealership in Brewster is new and very clean, and my impression of the team was positive. More

New Car Purchase Overall experience good. Did need to further research the ability to transfer plates from current car to new one when originally advised this is not Overall experience good. Can it really be that easy? Who would believe that buying a new car could be that easy. Sales Rep Fred Fogel demonstrated superior experience with customer service. Customer Service at its Best!!! I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Brewster Subaru in NY. I normally don't take the time to write a review, but in this instance, I just recently purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester from Brewster Subaru in NY. I normally don't take the time to write a review, but in this instance, I felt compelled. Having time to reflect on my buying experience, I realized over the 8 cars I've purchased in my lifetime, I have never felt so happy and comfortable with the process. I can honestly say, the staff, leadership, and quality of the office space and environment, is second to none. Nelson, the General Manager, is the real deal when it comes to professionalism, creativity, patience and first class service. The quality of a Subaru can sell itself, but it's the staff, process, and buying experience that makes all of the difference.
