He's such a funny and personable guy and walked me through every step, making sure I was well informed. I worked with Rich on financing and warranties and yet again, could not have had a nicer person to sit down with! Along with Fred and Anthony, he genuinely cared about making sure I got what I needed. They made the process so easy and enjoyable and I never felt like I was being pulled in one direction or another. I am SO HAPPY I chose to buy a car from this dealership! I would do it over in a heartbeat. Fred, Anthony and Rich put so much energy and care into my car purchase experience...love love love these guys.
