The sales rep Kristen came along and answered any questions I had. After the test drive I knew I wanted the car. Kristen was able to knock off a few hundred dollars as well as offer a few hundred dollars for my trade in which I was just planning on junking. She was very patient as we waited for what seemed like an eternity on the phone with my insurance and then again as we waited for my bank to finalize my loan and cut the check.
