I've never worked with the same people twice, but every one I've dealt with has been friendly, helpful, and willing to work with the knowledge that I have without making me feel minimized or like my questions were anything less than good. Follow up was consistent but not pushy, which was greatly appreciated. Even the vibe in the showroom is cheerful and welcoming - the team clearly gets along well and their banter makes the place feel comfortable. More

We had requested a quote via email for a particular vehicle and received a response within minutes with a quote that was extremely competitive. When I went later that day to the dealership, I met with Robyn who was professional and efficient. She had my trade-in appraised and came back with another very fair and competitive offer. There was absolutely no haggling - everything was clearly communicated and we were very happy with the cost of our new Subaru (compared to other dealers in the area). Picking up the car was just as easy. Robyn had everything ready to go and reviewed all the features of our new car thoroughly, and Patrick who handled our financing and paperwork, was also a pleasure to deal with. However, when that lease was up and I decided I wanted another Subaru, I didn't bother shopping around this time, I went straight back to Robyn. She had given me the best deal the first time around, and she was so friendly and knowledgeable that I only wanted to work with her the second time. Once again, Robyn provided exceptional service, worked out a great deal for me, and had me in a new vehicle within a week. Easy breezy, no snags or hold-ups, no "bait and switch" that you see at so many dealerships, and just an all-around great experience. If I go for Subaru #3 when this lease is up, you can be sure Robyn will be my first call. More

Anthony and Rich made sure we new all our options but never pushed anything on us. Anthony even stayed with us well past closing to make sure we understood all the features of our new car. He far exceeded our expectations. I never met Joe but I work with his mom and he gave me additional info that helped me decide to buy a extra features before finalizing the sale with Rich. One could argue that Subarus sell themselves in the NE but these guys made me enjoy the process. More

After initially communicating online with Kristen we set up an appointment and, although it was an extremely busy Saturday, she was able to accommodate us with a test drive, pricing out the lease and a trade-in on my old car in less than an hour! We returned a few days later to pick up the new Forester and met with Rich who was extremely proficient and pleasant in explaining all the paperwork. No "hassle" whatsoever!!
