This was so refreshing after dealing with other dealerships who were slow to respond,or were playing phone tag or not returning our calls or replying to e-mails. We came to Brewster Subaru and met with Fred Fogel who we found to be a very friendly and helpful salesmen. We wrote up the sales contract at the e-price previously agreed to. The vehicle we ordered experienced transit delays. Since we needed the car immediately, Fred Fogel found an identical vehicle at a nearby Subaru dealership and within a short period of time we took delivery. Our entire experience therefore was very positive. More

Lastly, Nelson Demelo gets big points for remembering long-ago customers, whether they are in the sales department or waiting in the service area (which is also terrific, by the way). We had lots of questions since this is my first Subaru and all were answered. Bruce Fisher was just a great salesman from first phone call to handshake last night. Rich Johnson was the most efficient and informative Finance point person I have ever worked with. I actually understood everything we went over! My husband met Anthony in service while getting his free Starbucks coffee (!) and was quite impressed. I have no doubt that I will love my car and feel comfortable picking up the phone or driving in to get any answers I need with a smile. He took the time on a Friday night before a Holiday weekend to go over in detail the important aspects of my new Subaru. Not only is Rich thorough and knowledgeable about Subaru vehicles, he is also very knowledgeable about Amtrak trains. Yes, you read that right. While meeting with Rich, my son texted me to let me know he missed his train home from college. Rich was happy to turn the meeting from business at hand to helping my son get home. Lucky for me, Rich is an expert at cars and trains. I will never go anywhere else to purchase my next Subaru. More

Quick & easy great support on my new purchase I contacted the dealership with an unusual combo of vehicles I was considering.... a Crosstrek and a WRX as this was a second car. Because of my heig I contacted the dealership with an unusual combo of vehicles I was considering.... a Crosstrek and a WRX as this was a second car. Because of my height, I thought I could only fit in a vehicle without a moonroof, but I wanted heated seats which meant Premium models. This further reduced the options. I emailed the dealership and Maggie replied to schedule a time for me to test fit and drive both options. When I arrived, she greeted me and got me in to test fit a Crosstrek with moonroof to verify the height issue. She then quickly got me into trying a WRX Premium with performance package as I'd requested. After I returned, she connected me with Anthony who setup my drive with the Crosstrek Premium without moonroof. Anthony was great looking at both vehicles for lease options running the numbers for me without being cliche pushy salesman. Decided on the WRX and he handled adding the new car to my insurance and getting registration and lease paperwork going. Came in next morning to pick up the car (Saturday and end of month, so it was busy), and Anthony had Patrick help me with final paperwork as he was finalizing another customer's delivery. Patrick was great, friendly, explained everything and finalized the paperwork before connecting me with Anthony to complete delivery. I've bought & leased several cars from multiple brands and this was by far the best experience I've had with a car. Very pleased with my experience with Brewster Subaru. More

He is very friendly and genuine and was not pushy at all. After meeting Anthony, I could not imagine buying a car from anywhere else. When I picked up the car, Rich Johnson in financing was also great. Both Anthony and Rich made my car buying experience as easy as one could hope for. Overall, everyone that works at Brewster Subaru was incredibly friendly and knew me by name but Anthony is the best! More
