Considerate and knowledgeable car dealership I was a bit nervous about buying a car on my own for the first time in my life. I had been extremely happy with my car of 11 years, but finally neede I was a bit nervous about buying a car on my own for the first time in my life. I had been extremely happy with my car of 11 years, but finally needed to replace it. I had been advised to visit the Brewster Subaru by various owners and check out the models. I met Mitchel and was instantly put at ease when he answered my numerous and seemingly endless questions with kindness and patience. I was impressed by the CrossTrek which met all my needs with the options I wanted at a reasonable cost. He even sought out the color I wanted and he did not disappoint! Thanks Mitch! I love my car! Great Experience Ralph provided great customer service, was awesome to deal with and got me a great deal on a new WRX. At no point was he pushy nor did he put any pressure on me. He worked to have the car detailed, transfer my plates and registration from my trade-in, contact my insurance company to switch over my policy and deliver the car in less than 24 hours after I first walked into the dealership. He is definitely the best salesperson that I have ever worked with. Rich was also awesome to work with. He explained all of options that were available to me and respected my decision to decline the options that I felt weren't needed. I felt that he always had my best interests in mind, opposed to his own. The overall car buying experience was pain free and perfect. More
