I never got a hard sell, felt intimidated, or felt that I was being deceived. Everyone was very kind and seemed genuine. I really felt I was getting not only a good selling price on a car, but a commitment from an employee and business that my entire experience was the best possible one I could have from the moment I walked in. Hopefully I won't need another car for a while, but when I do, I will definitely be returning to Brewster. More

On October 11 while visiting our daughter & grandchildren, we encountered a problem with our Subaru Forester. While we were in the Brewster area, we called this wonderful dealership. A great experience from a solid team. Kristen was our 1st Point of contact and sales person and we could not have been happier. I had shopped several dealers at Brewster Subaru w/ Kristen Kristen was our 1st Point of contact and sales person and we could not have been happier. I had shopped several dealers at Brewster Subaru w/ Kristen we felt the most comfortable. She seemed more like she was helping us buy a car rather than selling us one. Pleasant, efficient and informative, never a cheesy line or sales pitch, Kristen helped us put ourselves in our new car. The day we picked it up our 2020 Ascent the whole dealership stayed open 30 min after closing to help us with logistics. A great team effort!! He waited for his commission and I waited for the car and we are both happy. Rich Johnson the finance man was excellent.
