My family drove 90 miles to pick this car up - and we were treated like we made that "special" trip. Not a hiccup: all the paperwork and details were prepared/ready in anticipation of my arrival. Even my insurance was updated through my agent in advance, with only my review/sign off required. The price was reasonable without drawn out negotiation, and was exactly on the paperwork as we negotiated over the phone - no surprises. They didn't pressure, offering/emphasizing options that might be of value to our purchase - I really appreciated that. All of my questions and requests were addressed promptly.
