My salesman, Lou Criscione, was very understanding to my wants and needs of the new vehicle. There was one instance where he "tried to sell me something" - Armour-All interior proofing. At first, I declined, very hesitant. Then, Danny from the Service Dept. stopped by to chat with me and I asked him about it. Since Danny recommended it, I went for it. And you could even ask Lou - he'll tell you how unsure and confused I was until Danny reassured me. I trust Danny and his coworkers in Service FULLY. Lou was methodical in processing my request for a new vehicle. Detailed and very patient. He completely understands what the customer wants. He knows that his vehicle needs are different from the person in front of him. I so much appreciated that. I next went to Richard Johnson to handle the financial issues. He was as honest as could be. Again, detailed and line by line, not missing a beat. Wonderful people that helped me and gave me the vehicle that I've been wanting to have for over one year. Thank you, Brewster Subaru.
