I bought a Forester in 11/23. Not only did I LOVE that car but my God and my Subaru saved my life. After coming off of three years of events (getting hit by a car; having a patient fracture my hip) I am injured again. The business manager Charles and Kristen knew my circumstances and bent over backwards to help me get into another vehicle. I have to have a few more surgeries again and I can assure you I will be back again for loaded Asent. They didn’t make me feel less than and made a horrible situation workable. My previous experience in November of 2023 was as equally amazing coming off the pandemic being a bedside RN in the ICU. All around wonderful experiences!!! My neighbor who brought me to the dealership to pick up my Crosstrek; the first thing I did was get a card from Kristen to give to her. She saw my totaled Subaru and couldn’t believe I was alive. They are buying a Subaru!! More
