We were greeted as soon as we came into the dealership. We told Adam we wanted to look at the Highlander, but probadly wouldn't be buying one right at this moment. We told him that we always had Ford's and didn't know anything about Toyota's. Adam first started showing us some pictures of the Highlander and told us about all of the features that they had. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We then took one for a test ride and really fell in love with it. We explain that we had some financial problems in the last few years due to some health problems that my husband had and we knew that our credit report would reflect this. Erik and Adam said that they would be able to help us. They went over and above what I ever expected. I have never had car dealership do what they did. I am happy to say that we became the proud owners of a new 2011 Highlander on September 27, only 2 weeks from our first visit to the dealership. I will recommend these people and the dealership to anyone that is interested in buying new or used car. They treated us with respect. Looking for a car and comparing several choices, my husband and I went back and forth between a Chevy Equinox and the Toyota RAV4. We went to North Star GM and walked around the lot for 10-15 minutes w husband and I went back and forth between a Chevy Equinox and the Toyota RAV4. We went to North Star GM and walked around the lot for 10-15 minutes without having anyone approach us. We then walked into the showroom, where again we walked around for at least 5 minutes before being approached with "is anyone helping you?" After a couple of minutes a car salesman came out (carrying his bottle of pop) and asked us what we were looking for. We at that time introduced ourselves and told him about the interest in leasing the Equinox. The salesman headed out the door and started walking to the lot. My husband and I looked at each other and asked each other if we were supposed to follow him. We went out and caught up with him and he said "here they are". We had the newspaper ad, and asked about one of the cars that were listed under the special lease price. My husband and I understood beforehand that the price that was listed was for a base model and that upgrades on the car will raise the price of the lease. The salesman said that the car we were looking at wasn't one of the ones and that the car would be too much. (He didn't remember our names, let alone how much we could afford.) With a little huff and a big you are bothering my break attitude, he told us he could go and get the keys if we wanted to maybe take it for a ride. My husband and I looked at each other and say no thank you. As we were leaving, the salesman said that those advertised cars probably weren't even in the lot, but if we wanted to he could call around. Needless to say, we refused and left. The following Monday, I made a call to Kenny Ross Toyota and was referred to a salesman named Adam. I told him of our interest in leasing the Toyota RAV4 that was in the paper. Adam proceeded to tell me all of the options we had. He informed me of all the cars he had available on his lot and if any of them didn't interest us, that he would be happy to make some calls to find other ones. He asked questions (preferred color, model, options, etc,) and told me he would get back to me shortly with all of my options. Adam and I had several conversations (where as he called me by name all of the time.)With Adam's suggestion, I filled out the credit application online, instead of waiting to get to the dealership, this way we knew about what kind of options we were looking at. With narrowing it down to 3 cars, he asked when it would be convenient for us to come to see them. Adam was very knowledgeable and informative about the car we were interested in. In little to no time, we were signing papers to lease out new RAV4. Adam made us feel very comfortable and didn't pressure us in making decisions. Adam has since called asking how we liked our car and told us if we have any questions, even if it is weeks, months, or even a year later, please feel free to contact him and he will do whatever is necessary to point us in the right direction. Adam made our car leasing experience a very pleasant one, and would refer him and the dealership to anyone. More

I had my heart set on an SUV and he was able to see that on my face. Ron and the rest of the team did everything they could to get me into an SUV - and I later drove out of there in my new 2011 Rav4. This was by far the best experience I've EVER had at a dealership. Ron and all the other employees I dealt with listened to what I wanted, how much I could afford, and did what they could to make it happen. Ron even went a step further by going out of his way to pick up my new car, which was being used as a demo.
