I drove to Kenny Ross in Moon Twp. from out of state to look at a used Camry hybrid I had seen online. I purchased the car that visit. Staff welcomed and answered all questions I had. We negotiated a very fair deal with no pressure. Though I dealt primarily with Kent and Michael, all staff I encountered struck a nice balance of professionalism and warmth. Kent walked me through using the car's navigation and Michael shared his chocolate chip cookies with me and a friend. He even made the paperwork enjoyable (as enjoyable as paperwork can be). Another thing I noted was how clean the facility was... from the spotless floors, and restroom, to the sparkling windows. Though I don't think all car shoppers to Kenny Ross should expect chocolate chips cookies, they should expect friendly, professional staff, and a positive experience.
