Steve was very deceptive. Was shown a Scion XD, test drove it and was very excited about the car. Was called on to provide more information and we provided it two times. When I talked to him he said we are ready for you to come in and sign the paperwork. My husband and I went to the dealership ready to drive a new car home. When we got there he started acting very distant and said he had to go get the finance officer. We waited about 10 minuets and he came into the lobby. The financer introduced himself and asked Steve if he wanted to take us on a test drive. I spoke up and said I had already test drove the car. At this time we were told they would not be able to sell me the car I wanted that they had picked one that would be fair to us and the bank involved. So we asked what it was being switched to and they told us it was a 2010 Honda Civic for $16,998.00 We looked at and wanted the 2012 New last year leftover that was priced below $16,000.00 How is this fair to us or the bank? My thoughts are leaning to border line illegal bate and switch. However on a better note I was able to get a 2013 Chevy that I wanted with more options that were added on for the same price at another dealer and will never think twice about going to Kenny Ross again. More
My wife and I recently purchased a new Prius from Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Twp. PA, and the reason I am writing this is the outstanding service we received from the afore mentioned sales person "G" and th Ross Toyota in Moon Twp. PA, and the reason I am writing this is the outstanding service we received from the afore mentioned sales person "G" and the managers that bent over backwards to please my wifes wishes. After choosing model, color and options the negotiating started. We had a trade in which I have to say was in excellent condition and the adjuster was fair in the trade in value. We haggled back and forth came to a deal and we drove away that afternoon with a new car. This dealership and the persons working really do care about their product and the customers that they deal with. The dealership has every ammenities for the customers wating for service I can see that service will be a pleasure not a chore, Thank You Kenny Ross and the personel at the Moon Twp Location. The dealership is beautiful and they have a good selection of vehicles. The sales people all seemed nice, especially Gabe. However, this place is in it to make money. This is the kind of place you need to have your game face on - they will try to sell you all of the extras to make as much money as they can.. They tried to low ball me on my trade in, and it wasn't until they realized I was ready to walk out the door (and I was!) that they came back with a reasonable offer. I then had to endure another hour of sales pitch for rust proofing, undercoating, leather protection and extended warranties. And I mean this was a full on "you're going to be sorry, you really should get this" sales pitch. As long as you walk in knowing your price, set your limits and are ready to turn down (multiple times) all of the expensive add ons, you'll be ok. More

Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable about the cars we wanted to test drive. We were considering a Honda CR-V but had not driven it yet. He saved us a trip to the Honda dealership and valuable time we would have spent test driving the Honda there. We definitely liked the Toyota much better after driving both at the Toyota dealership and leased the RAV-4 for 3 years! Great job Steve!!!! More
I was extremely impressed with the salesperson that I worked with on this deal, Steve Bannon. My initial contact with Steve occurred when I was searching for a 2013 Camry for my wife about a month ago. worked with on this deal, Steve Bannon. My initial contact with Steve occurred when I was searching for a 2013 Camry for my wife about a month ago. Although he was able to find the color and options we wanted, I had committed to another dealership where we had done the test drives and taken some significant time of that dealership's salesperson. Since pricing was competitive at both locations, I went with the other dealer, but I was so surprised at how professional and supportive Steve was during this decision period and his insistence that I contact him if I wanted to purchase another car. So I called Steve first when I decided to purchase a small sport utility, either a 2010 Honda CRV or a 2010 Toyota RAV4 V6. I went on the test drive with him in the Honda vehicle and he explained all the features to me and told me how the RAV4 compares in those categories. The Moon Kenny Ross location didn't have a V6 in the local inventory, but a local Jeep dealer did. I test drove the V6 RAV 4 at that Jeep dealership which had 14.000 less miles on it than the one Steve located for me in the Kenny Ross inventory. But Steve worked the phones with the dealer who had the V6 I wanted and quickly got a deal done so that it was delivered to the Moon location and I purchased the SUV. It was perfect and in even better condition than the Jeep dealership even though it had more miles. I can't say enough about Steve's integrity, professionalism, low key approach. I actually regretted not having made the purchase of the Camry from him because the deal would probably have been better for him financially, but he treated the used car purchase with the same customer focused approach. I'd recommend Steve and the Moon Kenny Ross dealership to anyone any day! More
