My wife and I came to this facility specifically to test drive a 2003 Camry that we saw advertised on-line. We researched the model and felt that the advertised price was reasonable. We did have an issue with the purchasing procedure that ensued, but Dave, the General Manager, "stepped up to the plate" and immediately offered to satisfy our concerns. Everybody we came into contact with was very courteous, friendly, and helpful. We never felt as if we were "hanging out there," as we had in the past at other car dealerships. I just want to express how pleased I was with my experience at Kenny Ross Toyota. I had called the dealership to see if they had the vehicle I was interested in and spoke to a salesman name John Ko experience at Kenny Ross Toyota. I liked John right from the start, he was so friendly and personable on the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, I met John and he showed me the vehicle I was interested in. We took it for a test drive and I loved the RAV 4!! John was very thorough in explaining all the features of the RAV and was such a pleasant individual to deal with. We recently decided to go car shopping recently but more so to get an idea of some of the other cars out there and current features. My husband adored his Honda Accord but was ready for a change. We saw a Toyota Avalon online and decided to take it for a test drive. While it was a few yrs old, it had very low mileage and was in pristine condition. That was this past Friday. On Saturday, we stopped up again to take it out again and to see if it still had the initial appeal. It did and is still a very nice car. We test drove quite a few that day. Tom was more than patient going out with us every time and explaining the differences in each vehicle and were we would see the most value based on what we were looking for. In the end, we decided on a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. It came with all the bells and whistles and rides smoothly and quietly. My husband and I have since drove the car over 125 miles and the gas gauge has barely left the fuel mark. For those considering the rising costs of gas especially with longer commutes to work, you have to take one of these out. They are really nice and we were pleasantly surprised. Even my husband said he never thought he would see himself in a Camry but it happened. In all the years of buying cars and there have been several experiences throughout the years, Tom Jacoby was a great salesman. He clearly wasn't interested in getting us in anything other than what we wanted and at a price point we felt comfortable. He was patient, kind and very easy going throughout the whole process. It was a long day since the dealership was very busy but I'm happy to say we had an awesome experience and will specifically recommend Tom to anyone looking to purchase a new car anytime in the near future. Tom, again we thank you for the experience and your knowledge. Once I decided it was time to find a newer 4Runner, I found a nice used one that I liked at Kenny Ross. I called and talked to Marv, who was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my schedule to s found a nice used one that I liked at Kenny Ross. Once I got to the dealership, the 4Runner was right up front ready for me to look at. Marv let us drive test drive the vehicle for as long as we liked so that we were comfortable with it. After the test drive, we worked through the numbers, which was a pretty quick process, and negotiated a fair deal. Although the working through the financing took a little longer than expected, we were still happy with the process overall. I will definitely get in touch with Marv at Kenny Ross Toyota the next time we need a new car!! More
