This was my first experience with this dealership. I was searching for a used (1 - 2 yrs old) Volkswagen Jetta or Tiguan through AutoTrader.com. A 2010 Tiguan came up that was at Kenny Ross Moon Twp that l searching for a used (1 - 2 yrs old) Volkswagen Jetta or Tiguan through AutoTrader.com. A 2010 Tiguan came up that was at Kenny Ross Moon Twp that looked great....low mileage, color I wanted, and good price. I made an email inquiry regarding the car and got an immediate response from Steve Bannon. We exchanged a few more emails regarding questions I had and each time got back to me right away. I scheduled an appointment with Steve to view the car. When I got there the car was ready and waiting for me to take a test drive and Steve pointed out all the features and was very friendly and easy to work with. I was impressed with the car and was able to get a little more knocked off the final price, which made me very happy. The entire process took a relatively short time and I drove home with my car within a couple hours. The entire experience was pleasant and time saving....a big plus. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone searching for their next car. More

I was actually really nervous going in, since we've been having trouble getting a car for a while. My fiance, step-father and I were actually really early (sorry!) when we arrived and Ray Saloom guided us through his selection while we waited. We test drove a beautiful Toyota Matrix with Tom. Body is in great shape, low miles (a BIG plus for me), all the mechanics seemed good. Tom made it easy to get a feel for the car and the drive was easy. When I heard they could finance us, I was so excited! Devin Brennan and Tom both worked so hard to get all the bugs worked out in the paperwork side. Meanwhile, the car was taken back and cleaned up, washed, state inspection sticker put on, and even had the gas tank filled. On top of that, we were given a certificate towards a free oil change, and we were informed we get free state inspections? That's great news to me! Justin Flook finished up the paperwork with us and answered all our questions. Everyone was really friendly and knowledgeable. I got to go home with a great car. Pretty much a great day in my book! I will definitely refer these guys to anyone looking for a car, and anymore cars in our future will definitely be looked for on their lot. More

Wow!! We just left Kenny Ross Toyota and let me tell you, I would go back and send any one there any time. From the time we entered the parking lot, we were impressed and comfortable. Tony Trapuzzano greeted us at the door and it went up hill from there!! We had been to several other dealers looking and the experience here was top of the line. Tony was 'real'.....something that's hard to find these days. He truly acted like he wanted our business.....another quality that was very important to us!! With technology on vehicles being such a huge part of buying, Tony was there to answer all of our questions, as well as, take the time to explain things too us!! The atmosphere from start to finish was crisp and clean. They were willing to deal w/ us. I beleive we got the best deal out there.....and that is another reason we purchased the 2013 XLE Touring Avalon....we did a ton of looking around and quite frankly were surprised that we came home w/ the car, as we were not really prepared to buy today, but "wanted" to!! All of the employees that crossed our paths were polite, courteous and comfortable to be around. Neil did a great job w/ all the paper work, as well. I could go on and on.......would I go back, in a heart beat, would I ask for Tony, absolutely!!
