Other Toyota dealerships couldn't (wouldn't?) give me what I was looking on my trade. Kenny Ross was willing to do it. Right before Christmas, I was on my way to Washington DC so I took a little detour to Kenny Ross in Moon Twp, PA, and started the process. The car I wanted wasn't on site, so I put a deposit down and it arrived days later. Now, here's where it gets good (or nerve-wracking, depending on how you look at it): I was going to spend a few days in Washington DC prior to leaving for vacation for almost 2 weeks, out of the country. I was still driving my old car at the time and was going to leave it in my friend's driveway in Baltimore, MD, for the time that I was gone. Then, upon my return, I would drive from Baltimore back to Pittsburgh to pick up my new car. Well, while I was gone, I got a message from my friend in Baltimore. I was a simple, 1 line text message: "I need to talk to you about your car." Well, I wasn't really expecting that she was calling me to say that she washed, waxed, and vacuumed out my car. Nope. She was calling to say that she had backed into my car, the one that I was going to trade in. Of course now I was thinking that there was no way that I would get a fair trade now. Well, I called salesman Tom Jacoby here at Kenny Ross Toyota, who was the salesman that I was working with all along. He simply said to bring it in and not to worry. Well, who doesn't worry about a situation like this? Sure Tom, don't worry. That's what YOU say. You're the salesman. It wasn't YOUR car that this happened to. When I arrived, he simply had his team take a look and they gave me a very fair estimate on what it would take to fix it and the deal was on! He was very helpful and understanding. I did not feel as though he nor the rest of Kenny Ross Toyota would take advantage of me. That really gave me a piece of mind. So, big respect to Tom Jacoby and Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Twp, PA. I had my 2006 Toyota Camry in for service to repair / replace fog light hangers that were ordered by the dealership, as well as a state inspection. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst auto service e replace fog light hangers that were ordered by the dealership, as well as a state inspection. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst auto service experiences I have ever had anywhere. I told the service advisor I was waiting which they confirmed in an Email as well as on my invoice. After sitting there for 3 hours, I checked in to see if there was a problem or what the status was. I was informed they forgot I was waiting, they had not ordered all of the required materials to repair the fog lights, and it would be a while before they replaced a bulb and rear sway bar bushings. After four and one-half (4.5) hours of waiting, they finally finished the state inspection. This was very shocking to me given my prior experiences with this dealership have been excellent. While the new dealership building and location are beautiful and state-of-the art, the service department has declined to an unsatisfactory level. More

There was a special annual car sale event taking place at our bank and many dealers from around Allegheny County were present. As I was leaving the event I ran into Devin Brennan from Kenny Ross Toyota and struck up a brief conversation with him concerning the 2012 Toyota Highlander. I liked the fact that he was very knowledgeable about the entire Toyota product line. I also thought his demeanor was professional and courteous; no hard sell tactics or gimmicky lines. We took a Highlander for a test drive and Devin told me about Kenny Ross’ great warranties and service plans. Devin spent a great deal of time with me that day, in the hot August afternoon sun, helping me decide on exactly the right model. Toyota, as I’m sure you already know, has a great product and Kenny Ross offers great service and warranties to back the product up. I felt like Devin knew the product would sell itself, so there was no need for him to be overly persuasive or pushy. Devin and his manager made me feel like they were very appreciative to have me as one of their new customers. The following week Devin gave me a call to see how I liked the vehicle and if I had any questions. Oh, by the way, I purchased the new 2012 Toyota Highlander Limited in Blizzard Pearl White. I love it. I may be in the market for another vehicle in the next year or so and I’ll certainly go see Devin Brennan at Kenny Ross before I go anywhere else. J. More

I have never been to a car dealer that makes you feel as comfortable as the Moon Twp. Kenny Ross Toyota/Scion Dealership. This is the third vehicle we have purchased from them and they just seem to get bett comfortable as the Moon Twp. Kenny Ross Toyota/Scion Dealership. I Toyota vehicles sell themselves and don't need any help, but the personn (s) at this dealership make you want to own one.
