We recently decided to go car shopping recently but more so to get an idea of some of the other cars out there and current features. My husband adored his Honda Accord but was ready for a change. We saw a so to get an idea of some of the other cars out there and current features. My husband adored his Honda Accord but was ready for a change. We saw a Toyota Avalon online and decided to take it for a test drive. While it was a few yrs old, it had very low mileage and was in pristine condition. That was this past Friday. On Saturday, we stopped up again to take it out again and to see if it still had the initial appeal. It did and is still a very nice car. We test drove quite a few that day. Tom was more than patient going out with us every time and explaining the differences in each vehicle and were we would see the most value based on what we were looking for. In the end, we decided on a 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid. It came with all the bells and whistles and rides smoothly and quietly. My husband and I have since drove the car over 125 miles and the gas gauge has barely left the fuel mark. For those considering the rising costs of gas especially with longer commutes to work, you have to take one of these out. They are really nice and we were pleasantly surprised. Even my husband said he never thought he would see himself in a Camry but it happened. In all the years of buying cars and there have been several experiences throughout the years, Tom Jacoby was a great salesman. He clearly wasn't interested in getting us in anything other than what we wanted and at a price point we felt comfortable. He was patient, kind and very easy going throughout the whole process. It was a long day since the dealership was very busy but I'm happy to say we had an awesome experience and will specifically recommend Tom to anyone looking to purchase a new car anytime in the near future. Tom, again we thank you for the experience and your knowledge. Car buying is never an easy experience but we felt good about the decision we made and a few days later, we're enjoying the decision even more. Thanks so much!! Sincerely, The Millers More
Once I decided it was time to find a newer 4Runner, I found a nice used one that I liked at Kenny Ross. I called and talked to Marv, who was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my schedule to s found a nice used one that I liked at Kenny Ross. I called and talked to Marv, who was friendly and more than willing to accommodate my schedule to show me the vehicle. Once I got to the dealership, the 4Runner was right up front ready for me to look at. Marv let us drive test drive the vehicle for as long as we liked so that we were comfortable with it. After the test drive, we worked through the numbers, which was a pretty quick process, and negotiated a fair deal. Although the working through the financing took a little longer than expected, we were still happy with the process overall. I will definitely get in touch with Marv at Kenny Ross Toyota the next time we need a new car!! More

Kenny Ross Toyota Scion was a great place to purchase my car. The members of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They were willing to go the extra mile, in this case, to get the job done at a pri car. The members of the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. Visit to dealership on Dec 14, 2012 for service: 1) Visit to dealership on Dec 14, 2012 for service: 1) check engine light on--I specifically asked that the hoses around the the air filter be checked Visit to dealership on Dec 14, 2012 for service: 1) check engine light on--I specifically asked that the hoses around the the air filter be checked since the light came on after an oil change at Valvoline. The technician there had a difficult time with putting the air filter back and I suspected a hose got knocked off or damaged and the code stated a 'lean mix'. Result: dealership told me that 2 sensors needed replaced at a cost of $560. I declined ther sevice and took the car to an independent garage. The mechanic there found a damaged 'snorzle hose' and replaced. the car has run fine since and the light has stayed off. Conclusion: the sensors were fine! Savings: $495. 2) power steering fluid loss. The power steering unit was making noise due to low fluid and the dealership said the lines had to be replaced, since they were leaking, and the cost was $356. The independent garage replaced clamps and a small section of hose. Cost $100 for a savings of $256. This was a slow leak and the dealership did not even top off the low reservoir. The bottom line: Significant savings from declining the service and now I feel I can no longer trust the dealership with my vehicles. A good service department should be more than parts changers which is all that I feel they offered me. Finally, I was still charged $95 for their diagnostics...what a joke! Robert Foster More
From many bad past experiences with car dealerships, it was refreshing to work with a team who did not use high pressure sales techniques and who were willing to meet customer requests.
