My experience was great. Ray Saloom was unbelievably knowledgeable and was the nicest guy . He really made me feel at home. I am going to recommend Kenny Ross to anyone I know that needs a car. Goksel was amazing! He has an outgoing personality and was happy to help me from the door. Goksel is the BEST sales consultant EVER ! He was wonderful to deal with ~ super knowledgeable and SUPER personality ! At the close of the deal, Eric was the manager I had to finalize the sale with ~ I had great fears because "Andretti" / the former owner / was HORRIBLE to deal with ~ they double talked me, rushed me through the deal and I ended up paying $100/mos over what they had quoted me and when I called them back they said "too bad" ~ VERY different with Kenny Ross I'm happy to say ! AND, Justin is the one you want as your business manager ! Tons of personality and tons of knowledge ! Don't let any of the other business managers tell you different ! Would highly recommend these three men as part of your sales team ! More

Steve was very deceptive. Was shown a Scion XD, test drove it and was very excited about the car. Was called on to provide more information and we provided it two times. When I talked to him he said we are ready for you to come in and sign the paperwork. My husband and I went to the dealership ready to drive a new car home. When we got there he started acting very distant and said he had to go get the finance officer. We waited about 10 minuets and he came into the lobby. The financer introduced himself and asked Steve if he wanted to take us on a test drive. I spoke up and said I had already test drove the car. At this time we were told they would not be able to sell me the car I wanted that they had picked one that would be fair to us and the bank involved. So we asked what it was being switched to and they told us it was a 2010 Honda Civic for $16,998.00 We looked at and wanted the 2012 New last year leftover that was priced below $16,000.00 How is this fair to us or the bank? My thoughts are leaning to border line illegal bate and switch. However on a better note I was able to get a 2013 Chevy that I wanted with more options that were added on for the same price at another dealer and will never think twice about going to Kenny Ross again. My wife and I recently purchased a new Prius from Kenny Ross Toyota in Moon Twp. PA, and the reason I am writing this is the outstanding service we received from the afore mentioned sales person "G" and th Ross Toyota in Moon Twp. PA, and the reason I am writing this is the outstanding service we received from the afore mentioned sales person "G" and the managers that bent over backwards to please my wifes wishes. After choosing model, color and options the negotiating started. We had a trade in which I have to say was in excellent condition and the adjuster was fair in the trade in value. We haggled back and forth came to a deal and we drove away that afternoon with a new car. This dealership and the persons working really do care about their product and the customers that they deal with. The dealership has every ammenities for the customers wating for service I can see that service will be a pleasure not a chore, Thank You Kenny Ross and the personel at the Moon Twp Location. The dealership is beautiful and they have a good selection of vehicles. The sales people all seemed nice, especially Gabe. However, this place is in it to make money. This is the kind of place you need to have your game face on - they will try to sell you all of the extras to make as much money as they can.. They tried to low ball me on my trade in, and it wasn't until they realized I was ready to walk out the door (and I was!) that they came back with a reasonable offer. I then had to endure another hour of sales pitch for rust proofing, undercoating, leather protection and extended warranties. And I mean this was a full on "you're going to be sorry, you really should get this" sales pitch. As long as you walk in knowing your price, set your limits and are ready to turn down (multiple times) all of the expensive add ons, you'll be ok. More

When i first entered the show room no one acknowledged me for a good five minutes. That is why I gave customer service a 3. Once one of the guys handed me off to Ms. Campbell, things went very well.
