I came to this dealership hoping they could help me out with all the problems I experienced (and lies told to me) with the service department at North Hills Toyota. The sales people, financing, and manager with all the problems I experienced (and lies told to me) with the service department at North Hills Toyota. The sales people, financing, and manager helped me to get into a new truck--the exact same model I had before! They used some creative financing (2 year lease with an option to buy). I'm just so glad to have a new truck, because the one I had was "messed up." The service department at Kenny Ross was super fast for my first scheduled maintenance. I highly recommend this dealership. I hope the service department proves to be better than the liars and incompetent people at North Hills. I'm extremely optimistic, though. More

That says a lot, as I am not usually fond of dealing with car salesmen, as most of the time they are very pushy, and do not listen to what we say. He was the exception as he went out of his way to help us find the needle in the haystack...our Highlander. We were pleased to get the deal we received, although my wife sometimes laments over the 2008 Rav4 we traded in. I must say that she has admitted that she is getting over it. I must say that the mileage I am getting around town is what is posted on the manufacture sheet. However on a recent trip to Indianapolis, Indiana, we were averaging 29.8 mpg on the highway, once we were in Ohio on route 70. We were also getting about 19.8 mpg driving around that state. Maybe the flat lands helped to render the higher mileage. The backup camera is still a little overwhelming to me, but I do use it. I love the back seat air flow, especially when it gets very warm outside. The circulation it promotes is great. I am not using all the features on the computer screen, as I do not have a smartfone or an Iphone. I would suggest Toyota offer the customer some alternative in lieu of these items, i.e., Entune, Pandora, Weather, Dining, etc. I do use Bluetooth, GPS, AM/FM & Sat radio & love it. Although the color of Red was not available on the Highlander, we are getting use to the Blue Pearl. Thank you again Tom for all your help. Harry & Margaret Verlato More
