Just went to look that day at the Prius V and Tony was great, took his time and showed me the original Prius, since I wanted a sun roof that opened, then the Prius V and then even the Camary hybrid with a sunroof. I test drove the Camary and Prius V and decided on the Prius V. He then showed me the different cars with varied optional packages. I picked two and he put the numbers together for me. I was trading in my car but did not have it with me, he was able to give me a great trade in without even seeing the car, and when my car was there and appraised the price never changed. I could not be happier with my experience with Tony, I am not a haggler, I just want the best price up front and feel that is what I received. I would highly recommend coming to this dealership as everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. The financing was easy, everything was explained, and nothing was forced on me. When all was signed and done Tony went over the set up and use of all the options/features of my new car. Nothing was rushed, they were very busy and even though Tony was working with some other buyers also, I was always well taken care of. Bottom line, the best buying experience I have ever had. My friend who had purchased the Prius in February was with me with her car and he even washed her car while we waited for the financing himself.
