He gave us his business card and we continued looking at the vehicles. Afterwards, we went into the showroom and spoke to Les. Les was very helpful and courteous, and never pushy. We took a 2014 Toyota Camry for a ride and then was provided with pricing, which included a trade-in allowance on our current vehicle. Within a few days, we purchased our new Camry. We are very happy with the Camry and the experience we had in purchasing it. We will recommend this salesman and Kenny Ross Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new car. More

My experience was Great at Kenny Ross Toyota Tony Trapuzzano (sales person) was Great! Very knowledgeable about the Toyota RAV4. Tony made me feel very comfortable in buying my new Toyota RAV4. I did not feel rushed in making my decision on purchasing my new vehicle. Tony was able to locate the exact Toyota RAV4 of my choice. Tony called me when he said he was to call. That's a big plus for me! I did not wait long for the Toyota RAV4 to come in. (Only a day). Of all the vehicles that I have purchased in the past. The Toyota RAV4 had the less amount of miles. (20miles to be exact). Tony also covered in great detail all of the features & functions of the Toyota RAV4 with the test drive, & with my new Toyota RAV4.
